For more than 18 years, Patrice has built her real estate career on a foundation of satisfied clients and lasting success. Every transaction brings unique challenges and opportunities, and clients especially value her expert guidance, market insights, and ability to navigate complexities with ease. Her unwavering work ethic, integrity, and expertise have earned her an impeccable reputation, with nearly 95% of her business coming from repeat clients or referrals—a testament to the trust she has built.

Before joining COMPASS (previously with Berkshire Hathaway), Patrice spent over a decade as a Senior Mortgage Consultant, forging strong relationships and gaining the financial acumen to expertly guide clients through escrow. Prior to that, she thrived as a magazine editor at Condé Nast in New York City and Los Angeles—a fast-paced role that sharpened her ability to anticipate and act on market trends.

Deeply rooted in the local community, Patrice serves as a Director of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR) and a Board Member of the Montecito Association, the Voice of the Community.

Most importantly, she has built a home and family in the Montecito foothills with her husband and two sons—an ongoing 29-year adventure that has given her firsthand insight into neighborhoods, schools, and the lifestyle that makes Santa Barbara so special.
