I recently came to Santa Barbara and leased a home for 8 months. I had lived here previously for over 20 years. My intent was to consider relocating for the summer. However, on a whim, I put my home on the market in another city. Surprisingly it sold in 2 weeks. So good fortune put me into high gear to find a permanent home here. I solicited help from Patrice Serrani, first, she engaged in a process of educating me on the market which was totally different from when I had left 6 years ago. Patrice worked with the seller and seller's broker to reach a deal for me to buy the home at a favorable price. We closed in less than two weeks.
