She found one that I loved and I made an offer. Unfortunately, the owner decided not to sell in the end. Shortly after Patrice brought me back to a home that I had seen 3 times but was currently off the market. Patrice worked with the seller and seller's broker to reach a deal for me to buy the home at a favorable price. We closed in less than two weeks. I have moved in and could not be happier with home or the help I received from Patrice. It would not have happened without her market insight and professional skills. A very calm hard working team of thorough professionals. Patrice is hands on and deals with the client mostly all the time herself but when she does have a time conflict, her team especially Katelyn are superb and have a very similar temperament and approach. I always felt well attended and taken care of. They really are very fine professionals.
